In 2023, ACM completed the full depth rehabilitation of Taxilane Echo and associated taxiways at Dulles International Airport. This project consisted of reconstructing the full depth concrete pavement, cement treated base, and crushed stone base course. Additionally, the project included thousands of feet of underdrain and taxiway edge lighting. The project was completed through nine work phases to allow for the adjacent gates to remain active, minimizing the disruption of airport operations.
