About The Role
We are seeking reliable, hardworking General Laborers / Offroad Truck Drivers to support our field operations. This position is ideal for individuals who can perform hands-on construction labor and operate company trucks or on-site haul vehicles such as articulating dump trucks.
Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors,
traveling to multiple job sites, and assisting with a wide range of tasks on heavy civil construction projects.
Responsibilities
Perform general labor tasks including site cleanup, material handling, site preparation, material loading, and other day-to-day field activities.
Safely operate company trucks and on-site haul vehicles, including articulating dump trucks, as assigned.
Assist equipment operators and site supervisors with preparation, layout, and project execution.
Maintain a clean and safe work site, following all company safety procedures and OSHA standards.
Inspect assigned vehicles daily, report mechanical issues, and ensure safe operation.
Support field crews with a wide variety of tasks to help projects stay on schedule.
Requirements
Previous construction or labor experience preferred, but not required.
Experience operating on-site haul trucks (such as articulating dump trucks) is a strong plus.
Valid driver’s license required; CDL is a plus but not required.
Ability to travel to different projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic / DMV region.
Ability to perform physical labor, lift 50+ lbs., and work in varying weather conditions.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills.
Must pass required drug and background checks.
